THE OPPORTUNITY

To support the development of country basketball and ensure Basketball WA continues to provide the best environment for our members to participate in the sport, we are currently seeking to appoint a Development Officer for the Goldfields region based in Kalgoorlie.

Basketball WA has an expanding network of six regional development officers across Western Australia who are supported to grow the game across our State.

THE ORGANISATION

Basketball WA has a collective purpose to continue to grow and develop the game in all forms, so as to provide the highest possible positive impact on the lives and health of Western Australians.  We are committed to enabling more people to play everywhere … from shooting hoops on the street to the Olympics.

YOU

You will be responsible for the development of basketball in Kalgoorlie-Boulder and across the Northern Goldfields region.  The position will be based in Kalgoorlie and will cover towns such as Coolgardie and Southern Cross to the east and Menzies, Leonora, Sandstone, Laverton and Warburton to the north.
