An opportunity is now available for an experienced and professional Office Manager/Personal Assistant to work for Basketball WA at an exciting stage of the organisations development as it refines it’s process and procedures in operating from a brand new multi-million dollar Basketball Stadium.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this key senior role will be responsible for managing the BWA office administrative requirements to ensure its smooth operation, for providing secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and for supervising the Basketball WA Receptionist.

This person will also assist the CEO in overseeing the Human Resources and Information Technology aspects of BWA and will assist with various projects, functions and events from time to time as required, including organising the Basketball WA Annual Dinner and Awards evening.

This exciting and varied position is well suited to an extremely well organised and efficient professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a senior level support role and will be meticulous in the presentation of work and pay particular attention to detail. An ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision, prioritise work, use initiative and demonstrated excellence in Microsoft applications are essential. Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems and the ability to create processes to improve efficiency will be highly regarded.
