Basketball WA has recently accepted resignations from Phil Gregson (Business Development Manager) and Zoe Harper (Development Officer).

Phil has accepted a position at the Department of Sport & Recreation as Team Leader, Client Support and will finish with Basketball WA on Friday 4 March.

Phil took on a business development role with BWA in trying to generate revenue from traditional and non-traditional revenue streams. More recently, Phil has been undertaking a number of tasks, including some marketing and professional grant seeking activities.

BWA would like to thank Phil for the dedication and effort he has brought to the role and the “personality” he has brought to the office over the past 10 months and we wish him all the very best for the future.

Since joining Basketball WA in 2010 upon her return from College in America Zoe has undertaken Development Officer duties and has also been involved in administering the Association Cup Program. Zoe will finish with Basketball WA on Wednesday 2 March.

BWA would also like to thank Zoe for the tremendous contribution she has made during her time as a Development Officer. Zoe received glowing reports from many schools that she visited and was always a hit with the children.

We wish Zoe all the very best for her future basketball career and look forward to seeing her continued success on the National stage in the future.
