The Under 14 Country Cup and Under 15 Pacific Slam Team Officials Applications are now open and will close on August 26 2011.

Applications will be called for Head Coach, Assistant Coach and Team Manager positions.

Please note that should you be successful, you will need to be available on the following dates:

Regional Academy Camp  – Saturday 1-2 October – WA Basketball Centre

Team Training Weekends – 29/30 October, 12/12 November and 17/18 December 2011

Team Competition – Basketball WA Go for 2&5 State Championships
U14 teams – Dec 10/11
U15 teams – Dec 3/4

This application form is required to be filled out for all applicants and must be filled in for Basketball WA to accept your application.
