The Emerging Female Referee Development Program (EFRDP) is a Basketball WA Officials initiative designed to support the development of female referees through mentoring, targeted learning, and exposure to high-performance and professional environments in partnership with the Perth Lynx.

The program will run across 2026 and includes workshops, mentoring and observation, networking, and professional immersion experiences.

Delivery will involve a mix of weekday evening sessions, occasional weekend sessions, online learning, and in-person activities.

All interested parties must register their interest using this form

Applications close 5pm, Friday, 27th February 2026. Late applications may be considered as indicated in the EFRDP Selection Procedure.

All applicants that complete an application will receive a confirmation email, however, only applicants progressing through the process will be contacted further.
