Everyone’s Game Carnival – March

The first Everyone’s Game Carnival for 2015 was played on Sunday 22 March.

The Carnival runs four times a year and caters for athletes with physical and intellectual disabilities. Games are played with modified rules encouraging participation and fun. Games are held using a round robin format with teams from the metro area competing against each other.

The March carnival saw 58 athletes competing in two divisions catering for varied abilities, and all games were played with friendly spirit and enthusiasm.

The conclusion of the event saw an All Star selected team to face off against the Coaches, with those not competing cheering on their favourite players and coaches. An award ceremonies proceeded after the final game where individual medal winners and participates were acknowledged.
