The 2011 Go for 2&5 BWA State Championships nominations are now open to all metropolitan and country associations.

The 2010 tournament saw the highest number of team nominations in the history of the tournament and we look forward to continuing to build on that in 2011.

The dates for the 2011 Go for 2&5 BWA State Championships are:

November 26/27 – Under 11 & Under 13 Boys/Girls
December 3/4 – Under 12 & Under 15 Boys/Girls
December 10/11 – Under 14, Under 17 & Under 19 Boys/Girls

Each association is allowed to enter one team in the Championship Division and as many teams as they chose in the Second Divisions. It is anticipated that each age group will have a Championship & Second Division competition.

To allow for the development of all WABL teams, those teams who made the 2011 finals must first enter the Championship Division of their age group before entering a team in the second division. Those teams who did not make the finals for the 2011 WABL season may enter their team/s in only the Second Division.

All nominations for the 2011 Go for 2&5 BWA State Championship must be received by Basketball WA by 10:00am Monday 7 November 2011.
