Basketball WA is thrilled to announce the Mitsubishi Motors NBL1 West Men’s and Women’s Grand Finals will be hosted at RAC Arena on Saturday, 10^th August 2024 as a double-header spectacle.

In 2023, the league hit a significant milestone, with both the men’s and women’s grand finals selling out in record time at Bendat Basketball Centre. The growth in the West Conference has been immense, and Basketball WA is proud to bring the NBL1 West’s pinnacle games to one of Australia’s standout entertainment venues.

“Taking the NBL1 West Grand Finals to a world class venue like RAC Arena has been a long-term vision for the league. Fortunately, due to the incredible support from the WA basketball community – selling out Bendat Basketball Centre for both the women’s and men’s finals for several years – this exciting expansion is now achievable in 2024.”

More fans will be able to watch these Grand Finals in person than ever before, and in terms of venue, RAC Arena stands as basketball’s equivalent of Optus Stadium.”
