After the recent under 18 Australian Junior Championships, the Under 17 Australia squads for the upcoming World Championships in Spain have been selected.

WA athletes Kyle Bowen (Perth Redbacks) and Emma Clarke (Perry Lakes Hawks) will head into camp in the upcoming weeks at the Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence at the AIS.

After the camps, 12 athletes from each squad will be selected in the final teams to head to China on a tour, and then to Zaragoza in Spain for the 2016 FIBA U17 World Championships, between 22 June – 3 July 2016.
