2026 ANNUAL BASKETBALL WA MEMBERSHIP FEE UPDATE

Thank you for being an important part of the Basketball WA community. We greatly appreciate your passion and commitment to the sport we all love. We would like to inform you that the annual Basketball WA membership fee will increase from $43.84 to $46.32, effective 20 January 2026.

Why the Adjustment? While we strive to keep costs as low as possible, rising operational expenses have made this adjustment necessary. Your membership enables us to continue delivering quality programs and services across Western Australia.

Supporting Our Members
• In 2026, Basketball WA will focus its resources on the following key strategic priorities:
• Facilities Advocacy – Driving a statewide approach to new and upgraded courts.
• Expert Support – Providing governance, integrity, safeguarding, and complaints assistance.
• Player, Coach & Officiating Pathways – Building consistent systems across WA.
• Regional Investment – Delivering clinics, visits, and on-the-ground governance support.
• Inclusion Programs – Creating clear pathways for people with disability to participate fully.

We understand that any fee increase can be challenging, and we appreciate your understanding and continued support. Your membership directly contributes to the growth and development of basketball across Western Australia, ensuring we can provide quality programs, services, and a safe environment for all participants.
