The Katanning Basketball Carnival will be held at the Katanning Leisure Centre on Pemble Street, Katanning.

All Associations and individual teams are invited to enter teams into the carnival. Winning teams in Men’s & Women’s divisions will receive $1000.

Nominations
Nominations close Monday 5th February 2018. Please contact Domenic Pontillo for more information at disctrax@hotmail.com Nomination Fee is $300 including free entry into stadium with $100 reimbursed at completion of the carnival if your umpire does all your umpiring duties. If your umpire doesn’t attend the carnival your team will not be eligible to win the prize money.

Referees
Each nominated team MUST SUPPLY AN UMPIRE, your teams umpire is required to referee another game each time your team plays.

Playing Rules
All games are played under normal playing rules. Each game has 2 x 25 minute halves with 5 minutes half time and 2 time outs per half. All games will be timed from a central timer. There will be a tribunal from the Katanning Basketball Association to hear any disputes. NO player may change teams during the carnival or BOTH teams will be disqualified.

Fixtures
Fixtures will be available after the 12th February 2018, a copy of these will be emailed to all nominated teams. Commencement time and finish of the competition will depend on the amount of teams which register. Those who have to travel we aim to finish early afternoon on the Sunday.
