Basketball Australia would like to provide the following update in regard to the upcoming 2021 Australian Under-18 Championships and Kevin Coombs Cup scheduled to be held from April 10 – 17 in Werribee, Victoria. 

With the uncertainties caused by the recent COVID-19 outbreak in Queensland impacting upon athletes and officials availability, and in consultation with the participating states and territories, regrettably the decision has been made to cancel the 2021 Kevin Coombs Cup. 

Basketball Australia would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we continue to work through the challenges caused by this pandemic. While the event dates remain the same for the Australian Under-18 Junior Championships, an updated fixture for the event is available to view here. 

All event passes purchased by representatives and associates for the Kevin Coombs Cup will be automatically refunded within the next seven working days, and individuals will not be required to make a request for the refund.
