Visiting USA Strength and Conditioning expert Blair O’Donovan’s clinic last night at the Kingsway Christian College proved a highly successful event with a plenty of coaches on hand to hear and view from the USA native.

Brought out to Australia to work with the Perth Wildcats by Head Coach Rob Beveridge, O’Donovan conducted a two hour clinic across a variety of physiological principles and drills also while sharing his thoughts and philosophies on all matters relating to physical training for basketball athletes.

NITP athletes were put through their paces as O’Donovan passed on his knowledge to a grateful cast of coaches.

Education and Training Officer Vlad Alava hailed the night a great success.

"To have Blair available to speak to coaches at the grassroots level is a terrific opportunity made possible only by the willingness of Rob Beveridge and the Perth Wildcats organisation to help the development of basketball in WA."
