Being Healthy Starts with You

Basketball WA in partnership with Healthway are working together to develop a healthy culture amongst all Basketball Associations in Western Australia.

We want to improve the health and wellbeing of our Association members and supporters.

How to Participate: 

As an Association, we would like you to identify health issues that impact your Association and your members, particularly alcohol, tobacco, food, catering, mental health, sun protection, injury prevention and drugs.

Some examples to help increase healthy behaviour could be by promoting healthy choices; reward junior players; offer healthy alternatives in the canteen.

Requirements:

You have an affiliation with Basketball WA. Maintain your Association as a smoke free environment.

Entry forms and further information are available with the BWA Ball Awards Pack or just click below on the relevant forms and information. Entries to be submitted to Basketball WA.
